Model ML and Blackroom Partner to Bring AI Data Rooms into M&A Workflows

Model ML today announced our partnership with Blackroom, bringing Blackroom's AI-powered data rooms into Model ML.

Blackroom is an AI data room built for M&A deal teams, automating the document management, Q&A, and due diligence work that used to take hours of an analyst's time. Its AI can rename and organize thousands of files in seconds, flag risks during a VDR audit in real time, redact sensitive data like names and salaries, and deduplicate Q&A so teams aren't answering the same question twice.

Model ML users can access their Blackroom data rooms directly in the Model ML platform via MCP, right where they're already working, without needing to download documents or dig through a separate dataroom to find what they need.

Available today for anyone with an active Blackroom data room.
