When I first met Noel, he gave a piece of advice that will stay with me forever.
Here's what he said: “You should treat your colleagues the same way you would treat your school or university friends. Be honest, be kind, and stay true to your word.”
It's so true… Particularly when working long hours in a high pressure environment.
